Efficiently and properly load and unload floral arrangements and packages on a daily basis.
Appropriately log delivery mileage information, perform routine maintenance of trucks and cars used during delivery duties and keep proper paperwork showing vehicle repair work performed.
Accurately keep receipts for expenses, like gas, incurred during daily deliveries, report traffic problems that may cause long delays in delivery time and obtain all necessary delivery confirmation signatures.
Effectively plan daily routes based on assignments and make all scheduled deliveries.
Completely follow and comply with all applicable safety procedures and adhere to all company guidelines, policies and standard practices.
Effectively perform miscellaneous related duties as assigned by managers.
Possess outstanding interpersonal communication skills to effectively and professionally interact with customers as needed.
Be able to read and follow instructions for merchandise delivery instructions and locations.
Be in adequate physical conditioning for movements required, including but not limited to, lifting up to 75 pounds, bending, stooping, walking, pulling, pushing, stretching, twisting, reaching, standing, sitting and driving for prolonged periods of time.
Be able to visually and efficiently examine products for quality, pay attention to detail, effectively manage your time, properly plan daily route coverage and meet production standards established.
Be groomed and dressed appropriately to deliver our brand experience.
Work with varied shifts that include weekends and overtime.
Previous related experience and demonstrated passion for extraordinary customer service are preferred.
Acceptable DMV record and valid Driver's License are required.
Be able to pass driving test.
