Job Description

Actively participate in delivering our brand experience by offering catering solutions with exceptional customer service and performing other support functions as directed by the business or assigned by management.

Maintain complete knowledge of all catering menu items, their prices and availability.

Accurately review orders, prepare food, arrange presentation and deliver items ordered to customers as appropriate.

Properly bake and prepare food to customer's specifications and food and safety standards.

Safely and properly operate kitchen equipment as appropriate.

Follow standards for merchandising, stocking, rotating and storing products.

Appropriately perform cleaning tasks in accordance with cleaning standards.

Exude a team player attitude, clearly communicate with customers and coworkers and provide quality and consistent service.

Effectively assist in locating, reconciling, and verifying the accuracy of transactions when needed.

Actively contribute to store profitability by following inventory stocking and recording guidelines.

If needed, efficiently work the register to complete monetary transactions, including taking credit cards, checks and any other forms of payment.

Job Requirements

Exhibit a customer comes first attitude and deliver customer service that meets or exceeds guest expectations.

Possess outstanding interpersonal communication skills to effectively interact with guests and coworkers.

Demonstrate an enthusiastic work ethic, ability to follow instructions or guidelines and effectiveness working as part of a team.

Be physically fit to stand on your feet for prolonged periods of time, and bend, lift and carry objects that can weigh over 40 lbs.

Know proper food handling methods and cleanliness procedures.

Be groomed and dressed appropriately to deliver our brand experience.

Work with schedules based around busy meal times, holidays, events and weekends.

Previous related work experience preferred.
