Job Description

Actively participate in delivering our brand experience.

Provide support in managing, recruiting, training, coaching, assessing performance, providing feedback, and empowering qualified personnel to provide the highest customer service possible.

Effectively assist in managerial duties and P&L responsibilities.

Manage ordering, inventory, scheduling, staffing, daily financial responsibilities and building a positive and synergetic team atmosphere.

Clearly, concisely and accurately communicate in order to ensure effective store operations.

Effectively filter communication to the team as directed by the store manager.

Recognize alarms or changes in partner morale and performance and communicating them to the store manager.

Effectively increase sales through creative marketing efforts, recruiting, developing and retaining skilled staff.

Ensure team and guest safety at all times and maintain the highest quality standards in food preparation while practicing food safety procedures according to policy and health/sanitation regulations.

Exhibit and maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events.

Develop positive relationships with team by understanding and addressing individual motivation, needs and concerns.

Engage in conversation with customers to understand customer needs and the needs of the community in which the restaurant is located.

Work with schedules based around busy meal times, holidays, events and weekends.

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.

Have at least 1 year of restaurant experience or equivalent

Have a high school diploma or GED.
